My name is Henry McElroy Jr. I am a former member of the State of New Hampshire in retirement. I thank you for your attention to this short message as the interaction of our world, both between terrestrial and extraterrestrial astronauts concerns.
The reason why I make this statement is rooted in the hope of all those to give an encouraging prospect, explore the universe and thus their major contribution to humanity - for the benefit of all faiths, all races and all nations .
Another reason why I am here today is that I believe in the fundamental wisdom of our nation, as it was once founded by the founding fathers, and because we know that more sophisticated knowledge and information to support people in can be different problems, both today to solve in the future.
When I still worked for the law in New Hampshire, I served in the ministries of state affairs and the Committee for Veterans Affairs. Of course it was, than to be by the people of this honorable office of elected representatives in this important position on a number of issues that affected my portfolio up to date information. These topics included issues of citizens and our nation. Some of these ongoing issues were divided into federal, state and local matters as well as security issues. The documents presented on this point were at a different Content, covering some of which several decades of our national history. One of the recurring content is also the reason why I now turn to you.
I want my nation, my personal memories of a document deliver, how could I see any day in my office.
The document was an official letter to President Eisenhower. As well as I can remember, that document was hopeful of language and informed President Eisenhower on the still ongoing presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America.
The document seems also to suggest that a meeting between the President and some of these visitors could be arranged, it should be regarded as appropriate and desired. The contents of the letter also suggested that there was no reason for concern, since these visitors did not have any threatening intentions or those pursued in the future.
While I acknowledge, of course, can not, at what times, which locations or whether there has ever held such a meeting, but I believe personally that in view of that optimism, as Eisenhower had it hinted in his farewell speech, he actually that alien astronauts made had.
I hope that my personal testimony of our nation should support the search for continuous education. I am honored with my statement in the footsteps of all those kick, which came already with their personal statements to the public and therefore deserve the recognition of the American people. Recognition that they have described their experiences related to increase our knowledge to a higher understanding of our existence.

I would also like to thank countries like France, Brazil, Britain, Russia, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, New Zealand, our northern neighbors, Canada and Australia for being their citizens access to information in their (formerly secret ) archives, where have access to information and thus make possible, as they are so important for the development of mankind.

Whether it is true, or could be a deliberate disinformation is beyond my knowledge. I would have preferred a copy of such document, which would have shown hardly a problem if McElroy had already been used to actually be interested in a publication.
